I mapped my flipper buttons (default left / right shift) to left and right keys and changed the keys inside pinball arcade to reflect that (could also be pinball arcade accepts left / right by default for flipper buttons, i did not verify that), the reason i did that is so i can press left flipper button once and then right flipper on the ball selection screen to highlight the yellow play/start button as it does not get highlighted automatically with me, that way i can then use the enter key (which is my start button button on cabinet default mapped to 1/& key) to press enter on that play button once it's highlighted and actually start the table. If im to bet its something windows 10 related or drivers but im running the latest ones. I dont think the card is faulty it was a sealed box not 2nd hand buy. Its just the exiting fullscreen thing and having to alt+tab or alt+enter back into it. This is on windows 10 btw which has powershell preinstalled and irotate is installed in the default location being C:\Program Files (x86)\iRotate\ There might be other programs out there to do this but i use irotate. i use powershell to launch irotate with verb runas as it sometimes requires elevated rights to do it. I also use launch before and launch after scripts to rotate my screen in portrait mode i use irotate for that i also wait for the launch before scripts to finish so i know the screen is rotated before i start the game.

These are my settings inside pinballx frontend (i install freecammod in c:\pbafreecammod) I use it with pinballx frontend to launch pinball arcade tables along with the backglass images and camera files to get top down view.
